Regional Sales Lead

We are seeking a Regional Sales Lead to join our team at West Coast Personnel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring operational efficiency in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth
- Managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Coordinating sales teams and operations to ensure efficient delivery of services
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in sales and account management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing revenue
- Strong leadership and team management skills
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Estimated salary is R550,000 - R700,000 per annum based on location and experience.
