Key Tasks
  • This role involves contributing to an optimal client experience in SRM Branches through speedy reception and referrals of clients and supporting the Branch Manager with administrative duties.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing branch reception and client support.
  • General branch administration is also overseen by this role.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Matric certificate is required.
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in an office coordination/clerical/administrative capacity is essential.
  • Experience within insurance branches would be beneficial.
  • Client-facing experience in a service environment would be advantageous.
Competencies and Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and other office management systems.
  • A strong communicator (verbally and in writing).
  • Conflict management skills (dealing with difficult clients) would be advantageous.
  • Adaptable and open to learning.
