Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process payroll documentation including salary payments, tax deductions, and benefits.
  • Verify accuracy of payroll data, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and reports to track payroll metrics and trends.
  • Communicate with employees regarding payroll matters, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Assist with special projects, such as policy updates and reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Proven attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
