Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Technoswitch (Pty) Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.

  • Act as a liaison between staff and building management, addressing queries and responding to requests.
  • Manage company facilities, including vendor relationships, space planning/design, and office services.
  • Assist with internal employee events (farewells, baby showers, etc.).
  • Design and distribute internal office notices, including events calendars, birthday announcements, employee of the month recognition, and stock take notices.

Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and Canva (or similar design tools).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
