- Actively seeking out and building relationships with potential clients to generate new business.
- Conduct market research to identify recruitment needs and opportunities.
- Presenting our services, highlighting solutions tailored to clients' recruitment needs.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring requirements.
With a focus on business development, the successful candidate will be able to work closely with clients to obtain detailed job specifications, develop and submit tailored recruitment proposals, and handle contract negotiations and follow-up. A proven track record in client acquisition and building strong client relationships is essential.
The working conditions are office-based in Pretoria East, Elarduspark, with a laptop provided by the company. A commission structure based on achieving and exceeding business development and recruitment targets is in place. Training will be provided.
