We are seeking an experienced IT consultant to provide specialized Salesforce support and augment our current capacity. The successful candidate will optimize business processes, enhance system integrations, and advise on Salesforce's product roadmap.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  1. Provide technical expertise to implement Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, integrations, and customizations.
  3. Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to track gifts, hard credits, and soft credits.
  4. Train users on how to manage Opportunities, handle soft and hard credits, manage grants, and generate reports.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with non-profit organizations.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end award/grant management, particularly for restricted funding.
  • Broad understanding of BD, grants, and contracts processes within non-profits.
  • Salesforce certification and training credentials.
  • Relevant technical and business education qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in: Technical project implementation, ERP systems and enterprise integrations and Analytics, data utilization, and the adoption of innovative trends.
  • Strong understanding of change management, process reengineering, and stakeholder engagement.
