Sales Development Expert

The Building Company is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join their team.
Job OverviewThe main purpose of this role is to ensure fast and efficient processing and fulfillment of customer orders while supporting external sales representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer service and sales, maintaining sales administration and reporting, setting and meeting sales goals and objectives set by leadership, building relationships with customers, and upholding and promoting the company values and culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Customer Service and Sales: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth.
- Maintain Sales Administration and Reporting: Manage sales data, create reports, and analyze results to inform sales strategies.
- Set and Meet Sales Goals: Collaborate with leadership to set realistic sales targets and develop plans to achieve them.
- Build Relationships with Customers: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Uphold and Promote Company Values and Culture: Embed the company's values and culture in all aspects of sales activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Grade 12 education.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building/construction industry.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
