Business Development Representative

The Business Generation Representative is a key role within Cochrane Global, responsible for generating new sales leads and supporting our sales team in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through targeted marketing events, outbound calls, and email campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted telesales and email campaigns within designated territories.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM platform, ensuring accurate information and effective communication.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
- Grade 12 / Matric non-negotiable.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience or Business Development exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas.
- Excellent client service skills and written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred.
