This Branch Administration Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to utilize your strong administration and excel skills in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including controlling and managing the Repairs and Maintenance processes and procedures. This includes proper filing of all documentation and submitting daily timesheets for the branch.
In addition to these tasks, you will assist the Branch Manager with overseeing and controlling yard activities, ensuring that monthly unit inspections and stock counts are completed and submitted to Head Office on time.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in a related role, with a strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
You will also be required to facilitate communication between the branch, other departments, and management, ensuring that information flows smoothly.
