Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician Ref : 3818 to join our dynamic team as a Bottling Technician. This role will be responsible for managing the production lines and employees within the department. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, analytical abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Productive & effective management of the production lines and employees within the department.
  2. Managing productivity targets.
  3. Bottling line workflow management including giving technical assistance to Operators and making technical adjustments on machines.
  4. Maintenance & repairs, including preventative maintenance and installations.
  5. Execution of the production plan ensuring that adequate volumes of goods are manufactured that conform to set quality standards.
  6. React to deviations on the production schedule.
  7. Continuous monitoring of actual production vs planned production.
  8. Recording and reporting of production statistics and deviations to the production plan.

Essential Requirements:
  1. N4 Mechanical qualification (Fitter / Turner).
  2. Approximately 5 years relevant experience in a FMCG environment, including productivity and staff management.
  3. Well-developed technical and mechanical skills with high levels of accuracy.
  4. Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English).
