The Job Description

As the Senior Traffic and Production Manager at Lulalend, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our in-house creative studio. This includes managing briefs, project resourcing, team member workloads, scheduling reviews, and leading on-time delivery of projects.

You will also be responsible for assisting with creative production, from photography and video shoots to radio recordings, etc.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of various projects, including ATL campaigns, PR, content marketing, and webinars. You'll ensure timely completion and efficient resource allocation.
  • Utilizing project management tools like Jira/Wrike/Asana to track and schedule briefs effectively.
  • Facilitating creative workflow planning and allocating resources (writers, designers) to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of creatives, managing their schedules across multiple projects, including CRM, social media, website, PR, campaigns, and internal requests.
  • Chasing after briefs as required and communicating effectively with the brand team.
  • Planning and facilitating key meetings, managing new project schedules, and working closely with project leads to address resource management challenges.
  • Managing freelancers and submitting invoices for external services.
  • Reporting to the Brand Director and marketing team on current workflows and potential issues.
