The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Promoting new leads for MW Fleet management products
  • Identifying opportunities from other channels to market
  • Presenting Fleet solutions to prospective customers
  • Reporting on prospecting and sales activities
  • Preparing quality credit proposals
  • Growing Fleet volumes with newly acquired customers
  • Providing ongoing Fleet Management support to customers
  • Cross-selling MW products to prospects and new customers
  • Maintaining relationships with dealers and OEMs

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Matric certification
  • Tertiary qualification in finance or a related field (advantageous)

A minimum of 5 years' experience in Fleet Management, Finance, or the Motor industry, as well as proven sales skills, is required. Additionally, strong networking, negotiation, and closing abilities are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a 'go-getter' attitude are also necessary for success.
