About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Specialist to join our team at the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) in a key support role. As an integral member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities at Branch level, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate financial administration activities at Branch level, providing expert guidance and support to staff members.
  2. Provide high-quality data capturing services at Branch level, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  3. Assist with asset management activities at Branch level, maintaining accurate records and reporting on assets.
  4. Offer administrative support at Branch level, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Office Administration or related field (NQF Level 5)
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar environment, preferably in a government agency
  • Proven track record of providing excellent administrative support, with a focus on customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
