This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Offer high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including correspondence management, report preparation, and data analysis.
  • Liaising with Stakeholders: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including CEO's offices, government departments, and dignitaries.
  • Coordinating Travel and Events: Arrange travel, plan events, and ensure accurate reporting.

For this role, we require:

  • A National Diploma in Administrative Management
  • Minimum 7 years secretarial experience, with 4-5 years at a senior level
