Job Title: Dutch Language Customer Service and Sales Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Dutch language speaker to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. As a key member of our multilingual contact centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in Dutch and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Dutch
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
- Work in a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Dutch language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
