Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a representative of our client, a prestigious airline brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to passengers in Spanish and English languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations department
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Spanish
- Interact with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Spanish language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
What We Offer:
