At Black Pen Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a German speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in Germany and other German-speaking countries.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service to clients in Germany and other German-speaking countries via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with our team to develop and implement customer service strategies.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services to meet the needs of our clients.
- Native fluency in German and English.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
