Dutch Language Customer Service Representative

Workplace: Fully Remote
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a Dutch speaking customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Dutch language.
Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations department in Dutch and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handling voice calls in English and Dutch may include some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Dutch language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
Training: Fully paid product and systems training provided. Training duration: 4 weeks (Fully Paid).
Probation period: 4 months
