Strategic Digital Transformation Consultant

We are the world's leading cinema software supplier, seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing digital team.
You'll be working on delivering exceptional digital transformation projects to cinema customers in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across multiple teams and time-zones.
Vista creates and provides innovative products and solutions used worldwide by cinemas, studios, and the cinema-going public. Our annual ticket sales total over 20 billion dollars, but more than that, we're a group of good people who love doing good things.
The RoleYou are an experienced Business Analyst, with proven success within an Agile software development environment. Integrations development covers the full range of core business in the cinema industry, and as a Business Analyst, you will become adept at understanding the domain to both a wide and deep level.
You will uncover intersections between cinema, 3rd party, movie-goer, and Vista requirements. After scoping, gap analysis, functional design, you will collaborate closely with the development team to shepherd each project through to deployment in a live cinema near you.
Within integrations, our core areas of responsibility include Compliance & Fiscalisation, Payments, Data Import/Export & Reports, ERP, and APIs. Any prior exposure to these areas is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements gathering and analysis.
- Producing functional specifications and designing solutions.
- Generating development artifacts (tickets, acceptance criteria, etc) and overseeing features to completion.
- Proactively identifying potential issues and challenges.
- Confidence, positivity, self-motivation, creativity, and insatiable curiosity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical background in an Agile software development SDLC, utilising process management tools such as TFS, Wrike.
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to generate effective requirements, and own feature development to delivery.
- Experience working within Integrations a plus.
- Ability to develop and maintain good professional working relationships with people at all levels across the company
- 4+ years relevant experience in the software industry as a Business Analyst.
- Professional Business Analyst qualifications.
- Fundamental understanding of concepts around technical systems and specification writing.
An estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 22 days annual leave increasing to 25 after four years, R&R Fridays, annual volunteer day, employee assistance program services, private medical health coverage, Perkbox, discounted gym memberships, and a health and wellbeing hub.
