Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at National Risk Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of payroll services, adhering to compliance requirements, and providing accurate and timely processing of company payroll.

Key Performance Areas
  • Payroll Administration
    • Collect and process payroll data accurately and efficiently.
    • Liaise with staff regarding pay queries and communicate payroll changes to the relevant parties.
    • Compile and submit periodic reports on payroll performance.
  • Adhere to Compliance Requirements
    • Ensure accurate and timely filing of documents and staff information.
    • Maintain a proper document control system and keep abreast with company policies and tax legislations.
  • Compile and Submit Periodic Reports
    • Assist with month-end reporting and provide accurate and timely payroll data.

Essential Qualifications
  • Matric certificate.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Payroll Administration or a related field.
Essential Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in payroll administration.
  • Excellent understanding of financial concepts and statutory requirements.
  • Good Excel skills and experience with Sage VIP.

Desirable Experience
  • Develop reports using imported data from the payroll system.
