Job Description


The Team Leader (Mobile) role is a critical part of our mobile betting operations, driving growth, managing costs, and ensuring proactive reporting on financial performance. If you are a seasoned leader with a track record of achieving results, we want to hear from you.



Responsibilities



  • Drive mobile betting growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Analyze financial information to inform business decisions
  • Manage costs and ensure effective budgeting
  • Ensure proactive reporting on financial performance
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to Area Managers
  • Recruit, train, and manage Mobile Clerks
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market analysis and research to inform business decisions


Requirements



  • A minimum of 12 months in a leadership role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different personalities
  • Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills
  • Valid driver's license
