Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to engage with IFAs and understand their needs.
- Deliver value propositions that meet IFA expectations.
- A 3-year BCom degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or Legal is essential.
- Candidates must have a willingness to study towards the degree or recognition of prior learning if they have 3+ years of experience in MDS.
- CFP certification is an advantage.
- Desirable: 3-5 years' experience in the financial service industry.
- Essential: 1-3 years relevant sales experience.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge in risk assessments, claims, underwriting, tax, and business assurance is required.
- Understanding of the financial services industry and insurance products is desirable.
