We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Unit Director to lead our VISA Power Of One unit, encompassing media and creative teams. As a key member of our Publicis Media team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our client's media and creative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the VISA Power Of One unit, ensuring the team meets deliverables, deadlines, and KPIs collaboratively.
  • Manage the contractual delivery, operational adherence, financial management, and output quality and turnaround within your portfolio.
  • Work seamlessly with the PO1 unit (strategists, planners, buyers, campaign managers, creative) and supporting departments to ensure smooth briefing and running of campaigns.
  • Drive internal collaboration to ensure the unit runs as one team.
  • Manage client expectations and drive client satisfaction.
  • Retention and growth of the VISA business.
  • Provide solutions in line with the VISA business objectives, positioning us as valued business partners.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of media experience in an agency environment.
  • Background in creative agency along with media expertise.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective project management and presentation skills.
  • Numerically strong and analytically able.
  • Strong communicator with effective interpersonal relationships across teams and clients.
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • English fluency and language skills for effective business writing.
  • Solid data interpretation and analytics skills.
  • Ability to exercise strategic principles and structured thinking to tackle business development projects.
