Job Title: Business Unit Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Unit Director to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning and buying, with a proven track record of delivering results and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of media specialists to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and implement media strategies that drive business growth and meet client objectives.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of media plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform media planning and buying decisions.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Senior Media Specialist with a minimum of 7 years media experience, with a thorough understanding of ATL and Digital media.
  • Thorough understanding of all planning and buying processes.
  • Thorough understanding and experience of Media Agency processes and tools.
  • Experience managing teams and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
