The successful candidate will oversee all Network Development activities for dealerships in SSA & MENA, encompassing recruitment, establishment, performance management, and brand compliance reinforcement of INEOS Grenadier dealerships.

Main duties include:

  • Strategically developing and implementing the Grenadier Network and Sales approach, fostering collaboration between the Dealer Network and our organization.
  • Building strong relationships with dealership staff and field teams, identifying potential new dealer partners in key market areas, and cultivating those relationships.
  • Coordinating the end-to-end process for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing indirect market importers in the SSA/MENA region, working closely with RBM/RAM responsible for Indirect Markets.
  • Designing business models and methods of working with dealer partners to achieve relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through training, coaching, and benchmarking, pushing the boundaries to achieve dealer operational excellence.
  • Supporting the Head of Network Development in gathering market data, conducting market research, providing dealer performance coaching, and gauging dealer sentiment.
  • Auditing dealers to ensure compliance with Grenadier processes and standards, developing action plans as part of our performance management framework.

We seek an experienced professional with a strong background in SSA/MENA dealership and automotive franchise operations, who is well-versed in global and local policies influencing network compliance and performance.

Key qualifications include strong analytical skills, self-motivation, relationship-building abilities, and effective communication skills. Negotiation skills are also highly valued.

This is a mid-senior level role, offering full-time employment within the Sales, Business Development, and Customer Service sector, specializing in IT Services and Consulting.
