Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and elevate our food and beverage operations to ensure seamless service and high-quality offerings.
  • Work closely with our culinary team, service staff, and vendors to drive profitability and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational excellence and maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Collaborate with our management team to drive business growth and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Matric.
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or Food and Beverage Management.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Opera and Micros systems.
