What We're Looking For:

We're currently seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our prestigious luxury hotel in the picturesque Knysna area. This individual will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable meal, and that our team operates smoothly and efficiently.

We're seeking a well-presented and knowledgeable individual who is passionate about food and drink, with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your enthusiasm for the industry should shine through in everything you do, inspiring your team and delighting guests. You should be adept at problem-solving, thrive under pressure, and have a deep understanding of how to engage with high-quality guests and staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and elevation of food and beverage operations
  • Strategic vision and hands-on approach to achieve operational excellence and maintain quality and service standards
  • Collaboration with culinary team, service staff, and vendors to deliver high-quality offerings, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive profitability

Requirements:

  • Matric.
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or Food and Beverage Management.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Opera and Micros systems.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent influencing skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.

Estimated Salary: R 120,000 - R 180,000 per annum.
