Visionary leaders who thrive in a dynamic environment are sought after to join the esteemed team at Pezula Nature Reserve. As a dedicated Assistant Spa Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations at the Spa Front Desk and within the Spa Facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Spa Manager to develop and implement strategies for exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
  • Lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Somatology (CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC advantageous).
  • Business Management/ Administration Diploma advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years in the Spa/beauty industry.
  • Minimum 1 years' assistant managerial / Supervisor experience.
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
  • Opera and ESP systems knowledge – advantageous
  • Excellent client service, communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Pro-active mind set and Goal Orientated.
  • Flexibility and Team Player.
