We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Talent Acquisitions Lead to join our team at Afrizan People Intelligence. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing an MSP solution for our client, focusing on executive search and headhunting within corporate settings.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in executive search, headhunting, and agency recruitment. This role requires strong leadership abilities, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel to drive performance against KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive executive search and headhunting for key roles within the organisation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level candidates and stakeholders.

Talent Acquisition Management:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for the client, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective role specifications and candidate profiles.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support in recruitment strategies and methodologies.

KPI Management and Reporting:

  • Utilise Excel to track and analyse recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and SLA adherence.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on talent acquisition performance, identifying trends and areas of improvement.

SLA Management:

  • Monitor recruitment processes to ensure compliance with SLA's, managing results and comparative numbers.
  • Implement corrective actions as necessary to meet or exceed performance expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search and headhunting.
  • Proven experience in managing talent acquisition within a corporate environment.
  • Strong agency recruitment experience, with a solid understanding of agency methodologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Proficient in Excel, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing MSP solutions and vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or human resources.
