Talent Acquisition Manager

In this pivotal role, you'll champion our talent acquisition strategy, elevate the candidate experience, and build Signant's employer brand globally. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll lead a dynamic team of recruiters and coordinators while driving transformative initiatives that enhance our recruitment processes and outcomes.
What You'll Achieve:
- Execute recruitment delivery (service) model that provides consistency and clear service outcomes for each phase of all job searches. Monitor service level agreements that outline expected outcomes of recruitment team members, talent business partners, and hiring managers. Complete periodic audits (spot checks) to ensure delivery model is being executed correctly.
- Instill a disciplined, comprehensive, and creative approach to sourcing and pipelining prospects and candidates by identifying and screening for current and future requisitions. Monitor and hold recruiters accountable for thoroughness of pipeline development, meeting committed timelines, and delivering quality candidates against position requirements.
- Be proactive by developing a forecasting and executing recruitment efforts for future talent needs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters and coordinators, fostering their professional growth and recruiting expertise.
- Spearhead executive and key role recruitment efforts, leveraging your network and strategic sourcing approaches to attract top talent.
- Drive data-informed decisions through talent analytics and metrics reporting.
- Partner with leadership to optimize our iCIMS ATS and global TA systems.
- Design creative employer branding strategies that strengthen Signant's position as an employer of choice.
- Champion diversity of thought and innovative approaches to talent acquisition.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, with demonstrated expertise in process optimization and system implementation.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a manager with responsibility for the performance of direct reports (recruiters/sourcers).
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or local equivalent.
- Proven track record of leading and developing team members.
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or similar ATS platforms.
- Strong project management capabilities and experience leading remote teams.
- Ability to articulate – with specific examples – how to use data to monitor recruiting performance.
- Skilled at negotiating compensation packages.
- Ensure work is completed with attention to detail to ensure that all job advertisements, written offers, contracts, interview notes and other deliverables are accurate and professional.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for employer branding and recruitment innovation.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and talent acquisition technologies.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs and organizational growth.
