Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute on innovative methods to build your own insurance portfolio, ensuring alignment with our company's growth objectives.
  • Prospect for new clients through strategic networking, cold-calling, and door-to-door canvassing, leveraging your expertise in risk management and sales.
  • Manage and drive portfolio profitability and growth by delivering high-quality service and support to clients, including amendments, renewals, and claims.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk evaluations for clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Continuously build and maintain a strong client base, securing future portfolio growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across all products, driving revenue growth and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Sell insurance products in accordance with agreed targets, maintaining a high quote-to-sale ratio and meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreement standards.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as this role requires frequent travel to meet with clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate.
  • FAIS Compliant in Non-life Commercial product category.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in non-life insurance, with a proven track record of sales success and client relationship management.
