    Requirements
    • Relevant Bachelor's degree
    • LLB/LLM with a specialization in copyright will be an added advantage
    • 5 to 10 years of managerial experience in Music Publishing, collective management of copyright and related rights, operations, or business development
    • Demonstrated skill in project management and time management
    • Understanding of music business processes, departments, and goals
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Exceptional client relations management and people management skills
    • Demonstrated leadership ability
    • Solution-oriented and demonstrates a knack for decision-making to efficiently face challenges
    • Expertise in project management, self-management, and other management tools
