About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in animal nutrition or related agricultural sectors. Strong knowledge of pastures on dairy farms is essential, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote animal nutrition products.
- Develop strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Provide tailored solutions to clients.
Key Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in animal nutrition or related agricultural sectors.
- Strong knowledge of pastures on dairy farms.
- Existing network of contacts in the agricultural sector.
- Strong knowledge of animal nutrition products, with a willingness to expand into pasture sales.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans.
- Clear criminal record.
