As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting our products and services, and assisting in achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Present and promote our products and services to potential clients, tailoring messaging to their needs.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Assist in managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as required.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Previous internship or experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
