Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify opportunities and generate sales in the corporate sector through effective business development strategies
  • Achieve monthly and annual installation targets by delivering exceptional service and support to customers
  • Maintain, manage and develop an existing customer database to drive repeat business and increase average order value
  • Achieve an average of 20% business from first-time customers and 80% add-on business from the existing customer database through targeted marketing and sales efforts
  • Provide excellent service and support to both existing and prospective customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and requests
  • Manage and be accountable for all customer interactions, maintaining a high level of product knowledge determined by management
  • Presentations to senior management and executive level, showcasing business growth and development initiatives
  • Achieve expected activity levels determined by management, driving business results through strategic planning and execution
  • Compile and submit weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
  • All administrative functions required of the role, including preparation and submission of quotations, proposals and other business-related documents
  • Manage and action leads received from internal and external partners within timeframes determined by management, driving business growth through effective lead conversion
  • Nurturing and developing relationships across business, dealer, broker and fitment centre channels to drive business expansion and revenue growth
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 3 years sales experience in the Corporate/Business/Automotive market, with a proven track record of sales target achievement
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification
  • Completion of recognized formal sales training courses or relevant experience
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Customer and service orientated, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Valid Driver's License and own vehicle
