The Legends Agency is seeking an experienced and passionate Luxury Spa Manager to join our team in Knysna, South Africa. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the spa in delivering exceptional therapeutic services, ensuring a calming, welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Job Description

The Spa Manager will oversee the daily operations of the spa, providing personalized treatments, fostering a peaceful atmosphere, and contributing to the overall guest experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality therapeutic spa treatments tailored to individual guest needs.
  • Providing consultations and recommending appropriate treatments based on clients' preferences and conditions.
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of spa therapists, ensuring all treatments meet our high standards.
  • Maintaining a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in the spa at all times, ensuring a tranquil experience for each guest.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in treatment areas and the overall spa facility.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Grade 12 or Equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in English (spoken, written, and comprehension) at a professional level.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Certification in massage therapy or a related spa treatment field.
  • Prior experience in a spa or wellness environment, with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a therapist role.
  • Proven experience in supervising or managing a team of spa therapists.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary range of R300,000 - R400,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for ongoing professional development and learning in the wellness field.
