Claims Department Manager

At CallForce, we are seeking a seasoned Claims Team Leader to oversee our claims department and drive exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants, ensuring efficient and accurate claims processing, and providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of claims consultants to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Claims Processing: Oversee the processing of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Coaching and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that claims processing meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to management on departmental performance.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure that all claims processing adheres to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
- Regulatory Exam 5
- Relevant FAIS Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims management or a related role
- Knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulatory requirements.
