Job Title: Customer Service Professional for International Client

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team at Catch Consulting. This role involves providing exceptional support to an international telecommunications client.

About the Role

This position requires a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or call centre environment. You will be working night shifts, but don't worry, we arrange transport for all employees from their homes to our office.

You will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, growth, and development. We look for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work, supporting their colleagues, and contributing to team goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  3. Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call centre environment
  • Punctuality, reliability, and strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
