Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Marriott International. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our hotel and responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and requirements of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Process all payment methods in accordance with Accounting procedures and policies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Assist with opening duties, setting up necessary supplies and tools, and ensuring the work area is clean and organized.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, although prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- You should be physically able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
- You must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
