Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Sales and Service Supervisor to join our team at Clicks Group Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing customer service initiatives in store, driving sales and building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To execute customer service initiatives in store that result in a great customer experience, drive customer loyalty and achieve club card participation targets.
  • To support the Store Manager in maintaining the work schedule on a daily basis in line with the Group's labour policy and the relevant labour model in order to ensure each department is fully and appropriately staffed.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Maths 50% and English 50%)
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an assistant store management role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment or successful completion of the Clicks Trainee Store Management Programme
  • Financial management experience (budgets, profit and loss statements, financial ratios, etc.)
