Job Title: Business Development

At Immploy, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development professional to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, new business opportunities, and client acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate packages and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company mandates and goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing support, information, and guidance to meet their specific training needs.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Results-Focused: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets, driving revenue and profit growth for the company.
