Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist (Product Specialist), you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your diverse responsibilities will significantly influence the satisfaction and success of PriceLabs' clientele and their operations. Our customers appreciate the high-quality support we deliver, and your mission will be to maintain and elevate these standards.
This role is an excellent entry point into the B2B SaaS sector, providing opportunities for future transitions into various departments such as Data Science, Sales & Success, Marketing, and more. The working hours are from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM CET, covering any five days of the week. This position is intended for individuals residing in Europe or South Africa who possess a valid work permit.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries and ensure resolution.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and address customer questions.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues to identify effective solutions.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and ensure the closure of all issues.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and live video calls.
  • Seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations.

Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrates empathy and patience.
  • Possesses curiosity and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Has prior experience in a startup environment or customer support role.
  • Holds a strong analytical background, particularly in math and numbers.
  • Exhibits excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with databases (including SQL queries), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with customer support software such as Zohodesk is a plus.

Essential Requirement:
  • Fluency in verbal and written German is mandatory.
