The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the labor market in South Africa and Germany, identifying skilled workers, and matching them with companies in Germany. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze the labor market in South Africa and Germany to identify skilled workers and companies in need of their services.
- Develop upskilling measures to address training differences between South Africa and Germany.
- Support skilled workers with preparation and administrative steps, including visa applications.
- Manage the budget and provide regular reporting to senior management and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
- Relevant diploma/degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in project development is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Ability to build, maintain, and extend industry-specific networks.
- Ability to present to an audience and communicate effectively.
- Intimate knowledge of German and South African training sectors is an advantage.
- German language skill B2 (or equivalent) or higher is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel in South Africa and Germany.
