Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist (Product Specialist), you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your diverse responsibilities will significantly influence the satisfaction and success of PriceLabs' clientele and their operations. This role is an excellent opportunity for those eager to enter the B2B SaaS sector, providing a pathway to transition into various departments such as Data Science, Sales & Success, Marketing, and more. The working hours are from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM CET, covering any five days of the week. This position is intended for individuals residing in Europe or South Africa with valid work authorization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of customer inquiries and ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and addressing customer questions.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions for customer challenges.
  • Providing timely and accurate feedback to clients.
  • Ensuring all issues are properly documented and resolved.
  • Communicating with customers via email, phone, and live video calls.
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations in service delivery.

Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrates empathy and patience.
  • Possesses curiosity and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Has prior experience in a start-up environment or customer support role.
  • Holds a strong analytical background, particularly in data-heavy contexts.
  • Exhibits excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with databases (including SQL), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with support/service software such as Zohodesk is advantageous.

Essential Requirement:
  • Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is essential.
