We are seeking a highly skilled Process Safety Consultant to join our team at ERM. As a Process Safety Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in managing and improving their environmental, health & safety ('EHS') performance and reducing operational risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the successful delivery of ERM projects, focusing on Process Safety auditing, management, and compliance.
  • Facilitate Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs) and compile reports utilizing Bowtie XP or similar.
  • Conduct risk assessments, including baseline, FMECA, issue-based, SIL, FTA's, Haz-ids, LOPA's, and fire risk reviews.
  • Develop and implement Process Safety management programs and compliance strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their EHS needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Process Safety, Technical Risk, or Fire Risk fields.
  • Proven track record in a tech risk PSM related consulting environment.
  • Commercial acumen, business development, and project management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
