We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Assistant to join our HR team at Medipost. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Department, working closely with the HR Business Partner and other teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
Main Responsibilities:- HR Administration: Manage general administration between the HR team, employees, and line managers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Recruitment Support: Provide logistical support for recruitment events, including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and preparing interview packs.
- Filing and Documentation: Maintain accurate filing systems and perform various administrative tasks, including preparing employment contracts and other documentation.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees and line managers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- National Diploma: A National Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification is a requirement for this position.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in office administration, preferably in a human resources environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VIP Payroll, ESS, and Eco-Time software is essential.
- Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
