Key Responsibilities
  • Mechanic Engagement and App Registration:
  1. Visit designated automotive workshops within assigned territories to promote awareness and adoption of the platform.
  2. Register mechanics on the new Castrol App immediately during the visit.
  3. Provide training on app usage and demonstrate its benefits.
  4. Gather mechanic feedback on the app and related products.
Data Collection and Reporting:
  1. Accurately collect and input required data points via the internal app.
  2. Submit daily updates on mechanic registrations and other KPIs.
Promotional Activities:
  1. Distribute Z-cards and leaflets to mechanics and workshop personnel.
  2. Represent the Castrol brand professionally, ensuring a strong presence in the field.
Logistics and Preparedness:
  1. Utilize FastScan uniforms and equipment, including WiFi devices and power banks, to address app installation challenges.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient visits in line with the daily and monthly targets.
Collaboration:
  1. Attend weekly meetings with the client and project team for progress reviews.
  2. Participate in training sessions to understand app functionality and sales techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Diploma at NQF level 5.
  • Drivers' License with own vehicle.
