Sales Professional

At The Building Company, we are seeking a talented External Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing our customer base by conducting regular sales calls to new and potential customers, representing our store positively in the marketplace, and structured calls to existing customers. Additionally, they will be tasked with attaining monthly sales budgets, following up on orders and quotations to prevent delays, resolving customer queries and goods, managing sales and administrative functions, responsible for the external sales function and customer satisfaction, and offering advice and/or alternatives to customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic computer skills and a valid driver's license. A minimum of 5 years' selling experience and a Grade 12 qualification are also required.
