Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for site surveys, installations, service callouts, and removals, ensuring client requirements are met.
  • Plan technician routes efficiently to optimize service delivery.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track the progress of daily appointments, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Escalate client concerns to senior staff for fast resolution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong planning, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns.
  • Knowledge of company services and departments.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of R200,000 - R250,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
