Frank Consult seeks an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to oversee and optimize cross-border, palletized, and containerized freight operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, developing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the logistics industry.

The successful candidate will have:
